What must be done with pay in only bookies?

Today it is common practice among bookmakers to limit stakes for winning players and harass them with slow pay out and more. This is getting worst and worst and those who cut out most winners – keeping only losers – can provide higher odds and compete out real bookmakers. Which have forced more and more bookmakers to be pay in only bookies.

This is done by having a slave contract the customer must agree to be able to register as a customer. In practise this “agreement” give bookmaker all rights and customer close to no rights at all. This contract is then used as excuse for throwing out winners.

This is in my opinion nothing but fraud. You are invited to bet and win but in reality are only losers welcome. So service provided is completely different from offered.

On the other hand, a bookmaker can not allow winning players unlimited stakes – or any player for that matter.

Consumer laws must be implemented. Bookmakers misuse the fine print in agreement one must accept to be allowed to play. There is no other option – to not be a customer is not an option, it is discrimination.

My suggestion to a law that clean up the Wild West of Pay In Only Bookies

To be licenced as a bookmaker for sports betting the bookmaker must:

Not limit or harass any winner below minimum stakes or winnings.
Pay out winnings within 48 hours.
Allow all customers a minimum stake of EURO 50 or winning 500, what ever comes first.
Bookmakers that do not follow this shall lose their licence.

I also suggest that the same regulations shall appear in the whole of Europe. Also Austria must have a gaming board for sports betting – now it is only needed to have a simple company. So frauds like bets4all and “fake odds bookies” like Oddsring hide there.

My suggestion to a law that clean up the Wild West of Cancel Winning Bet Bookies

Those crocks hide behind the fine print and cancel wining bets telling the odds was “a mistake” or “to high” or “typing error” – then referring to the agreement that one must accept to bet. Which in reality is a one part only slave contract. Punter have close to no right at all and bookmaker have all rights – often also to any time change the agreement to what ever he want… No punter can read a long slave contract before each bet to look for new regulations.

On the other hand, a bookmaker must be able to cancel completely wrong odds bets.

Suggestion: cancellation is only allowed if odds was 50% higher then the odds on medium of the 3 largest European bookmakers odds.

Third, work for legislation, send a mail to a politician that limitation punters to pocket stakes or cutting them out shall be forbidden.

There is also a company that can stop this easily. That company is Bettbrain, a odds comparing service that is world leader. Bookmakers must be on this server to get customers. Bettbrain get commission for punters they send to bookmakers and there fore they have not cut out the circus bookmakers.

The whole wild west with bookmakers stealing winners money (bets4all, Internet1X2, Betchance, Vierklee etc.), voiding winning bets (Vierklee, Titanbet, Oddsring etc.), fake odds (that one is not allowed to bet on, only to show up in Bettbrain) bookies like Oddsring, pay in only circus bookmakers like Betway, Vierklee, 24hPoker – Bettbrain can easily clean up this swamp by just telling them that they have to go honest or stay out of Bettbrain. Problem is Bettbrain get huge commission from them…
